abeg oh. can someone do GST courses registration without having Eligibility form?

hello friends, a frnd of mine was having issues on his neco result printout today nd as such, couldn't do his physical clearance. and was sent to get d error corrected within 6months. the problem now is that the error was not from neco but from d school he wrote d exam. tho d principal has written a letter to neco today. DO YOU THINK THE ERROR WILL BE CORRECTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT ITS NOT FROM NECO....

pls u guys should ansa my question nau. can i do my faculty nd department clearance without paying school fee yet? also can i register my GST courses without paying school fee yet?

now my name issue has placed me on detention.

i was at d faculty of ART To get cleared today, all my files were checked but wen it was tym for d neco online print out, ooh ooh ooh why was your name interchanged? bcame d question frm d white lady, i wz den ordered to fill correction form of which i did. but no no no no Uniben cant correct any error on ssce. d only option is to get it corrected frm d main source (waec or neco)
i had to go back nd explain my issue to a clearance officer over again, what i got was "come back on Tuesday and meet me at the auditorium i will tell u what to do" ooh God give thy son a Favourable outcome that i will have every reasons to be joyful at Last. plz Jah!

@Godwin10 dats my fear now, d issue is dat my name was interchanged in my online neco print out. instead of "Jonathan otasowie Endurance" it becomes "Otasowie Jonathan endurance" and i hv uploaded d affidavit in d space of dat evidence of name already. dojt know wat to do on my physical clearance day. oouch!

pls my pipo. i hv taken ur advice to swear affidavit for my name error which was "Otasowie Jonathan endurance" instead of "Jonathan otasowie endurance" i hv done my online clearance nd i uploaded d affidavit of correction of name too. my fear now is, if maybe those clearance officers didnt see d error but due to dat affidavit i uploaded they might see it nd start asking questions which may bring to their knowledge the error.
my fear now is that i dont knw wat to say if maybe the error is seen. because going to neco for correction is not rili an easy task... please ur say is needed. cos i still dey fear. my physical clearance was actually 20th october but art clearance officer hasn't been around nd we were told to com back on Thursday 22nd October which is tomorrow

i wrote my neco 2013. civic education hasn't been introduced den... besides dont know if any GCE is currently on for now...

During my neco exam, i actually wrote government but was surprised not to see it among my subjects wen d result was released online I was dat i might hv faied to b marked present on d day of d exam.
my fear now is dat, i hv been admitted to study English nd Literature i dont know if the issue of no Government in ssce will affect my clearance nd if government is really such an important subject for English nd literature course.

now d problem is i didnt write government in my above listed NECO result. during my jamb reg, government was mistakenly added to my oda three subjects of which i didn't do in ssce.

now i hv been offered admission by both UNIBEN and JAMB to study d course. am a bit scared dunno if d issue of no government in ssce will affect my clearance procedure.

plz ur answer is BADLY NEEDED!.
