Please, how do I change my passport. I have been trying it since the time we took test uptil now, another person's picture is what is showing still

Yes you can add. Change your passport, and re upload your credentials after which you can easily download. I was once at this stage you are in, but now I've had my PPA letter signed awaiting uploading. Just use this pattern and downloading palava will be a thing of the past. All the best mate.

Please, I have issue that needs urgent respond. Right from registration, they put another person's passport for me, I didn't noticed instantly, since I don't print it out and I hardly login until the test period. All efforts to change it since then and till now seems abortive. Please help urgently
