if he won the champions league with barca scoring more goals than messi in all competitions(with around 50 goals in all competitions like messi always averages) he would win ballon dor. he failed in the challenge against messi. messi always won the ballon dor ahead of neymar because messi was always better across the season. not because there was any bias for messi like people always insinuate but I quite agree he has a better chance of winning ballon dor now at psg because I don't see any human performing better than messi across 60 games a season.

Are you minding him ni?..Messi in the past 2 seasons appeared to have adjusted his game to allow Neymar be the protagonist..Messi was almost spoon-feeding him and Suarez..You remember those cross diagonal through balls Messi gives Neymar and Alba from Right to left?..If Neymar and Suarez had scored those one on ones Messi gave them for fun they would have scored a lot more.. Its no gain saying that Messi played majority of games in the midfield yet he scored over 25-30 goals more than Neymar in all competitions...So when people say Its fully Messi's team I just laugh,So Goals are mostly scored in the midfield abi..If Neymar took the bull by the Horn and buried those chances he was missing,Messi won't need to teach them how to score again..

Assuming The board can fund like close to half of the payment from player sales, then it would be a welcome move as the risk would be reduced. Like if Dembele would cost €70 million, at least €30 million must come from sale of players. I've been reading Mbappe costs more than €100 million, I don't see us getting €40 or €50 million from player sales, so Mbappe is just out of the equation for me.

Coutinho has greatly improved and is more consistent than ever, is his injury record that bad? I'm not sure.

One good thing is, the club evidently doesn’t want to negotiate anything with PSG and the clause is going to be paid fully. So the exit will be quick and less painful than having to hear rumors of player exchange and that holding up negotiations.

Honestly, I've never liked the idea and would not support the idea of spending more than a €100 million on two young players who just have one noteworthy decent season. Almost every year, new stars breakout and everybody would think they are the next big thing, then the next season, they just fizzle out.

That's why i would prefer we go for Sanchez. Even if Arsenal would want to play hardball, we should get him by all means necessary. If he would want to come back is another issue.

There's an air of uncertainty around Dembele and Mbappe seeing they've just had one very good season..The other side however is they are really young and can improve,21 and 18 respectively,It remains to be seen if Barca has that time to wait for improvement.


Trust Bartomeu and his idiots to get us a Big name at least to ease off the Tension,I'll have suggested Coutihno straight up but he's injury prone and a bit inconsistent..Frankly the whole scenario leaves more questions than answers
