This is fake news. I think the writer needs to answer some questions:
Did the candidates meet the passmarks?
What is the available spaces compared to the number of people to be promoted?
Were their past exams practically based on set standards, which could have prepared them for future exams?
According to the post,there was nothing like being tribalistic, which should have raised some suspicion of possible witch-hunt?
I think it would have been better for them to appeal , instead of accusing their organisations. When, until I hear from the other side, before I can draw conclusion.
