Hello, I’m having the same duplicate applicant error. I chose the abuja consulate and my Avits are rotting away. How do you advise I proceed pls. Time is not on my side.

Please has anyone been able to get a “duplicate applicant found for this user” error on the AVTIS website resolved ?

It’s extremely fustrating that after making payment since Sep 6th, all calls and chats with the customer reps have yielded no resolution.

Have you resolved this duplicate issue?
