I have gone through a few threads, but the ideas don't seem feasible. I would appreciate it if I can get an idea or partner with an existing business with visible traction.

This is exactly what it entails, this Is a business plan I have worked on for four months plus. I've done deep market analysis and feasibility studies. I am only lacking finance to startup. If truly you have cash to invest, I'll send you Snipets from the plan, when you're ready to invest we could meet-up and discuss the full blueprint of the plan. Then we discuss your percentage of ownership. What Diffrntiates a business plan from an idea; is, an idea is just up in the head. While a business plan is an idea that has undergone thorough research, I've put in 4 months on this plan. This doesn't require 100's of millions. Just less than a million we have started solidly. In less than a year we should have acquired lots of assets in the hospitality , agricultural and transportation sector from just an investment less than 1m.
