Nigerian pop Musician Davido, who's real name is David Adedeji Adeleke have been charged to court on counts of N4M (four million naira) fraud.

Not only was Davido, charged to court alone but he alongside with his PA Busari Idris Temitiope (Alias Aloma), we're sued to court for fraudulently obtaining the sum of N4, 000,000 only from an American based Nigerian born upcoming artist Andre- Tejiri Ochuko Ibhihwiori In the label of Always on Cash Records.

The matter which came up for mentioning on the 23rd of May, 2019 as No 16 on the case list at Magistrate Court 2 Igbosere. Listed as Defendants in the suit marked MCL/702/19 are: David Adedeji Adeleke (Davido) – his Personal Assistant: Busari Idris Temitiope (Alias Aloma) and; Davido Music Worldwide Limited music label.

Davido and his management allegedly collected the money as fee to feature in a musical collabo with artist Tjay sometime in January, 2019 but have since then failed to either make himself available for the music collabo or refund the money.

When the matter was called, none of the Defendants, including Davido was in Court, neither were they represented by their lawyers. Counsel to the Claimant Alabh George Turnah, (MON) informed the Court that the Defendants according to the bailiff of the Court, refused to accept service of the originating processes and pleaded the Court for an order for substituted service, which the Court granted.

Davido may into full litigation or seek out of Court settlement with the Claimant who is already asking for 15% interest on the principal sum of N4,000,000.00 from the date of payment to any date that the sum is finally liquidated.

The issue however, was being adjourned to August 23rd, 2019, for report of service and commencement of trial.

Two identified teachers of FCT school, have been reported to have been reported to have allegedly raping the female students of the school.

The two persons, Mr. Ilo Chukwuma and Ebenezer Olateju were suspended after the unscheduled visit to the school by the Permanent Secretary of the FCTA, Mr Chinyeaka Ohaa, on Wednesday.

The President's Wife, reacting to the report, started by thanking the Permanent Secretary of the FCTA for swinging into action almost immediately,and also demanded that Justices be served immediately.

The errant teachers were also told to stay clear of the school premises, pending the conclusion of investigation.

The presentation however, came at a very challenging time: high growth of pollution and other environmental destructions, the peak of people’s discovery that Earth’s resources were shrinking, and at a time it became clear that expansion beyond our horizons is the only way to escape unending limitations.

Physicist Gerard K. O’Neill (1927-1992) of Princeton University made this influential presentation in the summer of 1975 while briefing the Congress about what he was working on with NASA.

According to his plan, the project would start on the Moon’s surface with a small group of people that would mine materials for the construction of its next stage – large-scale rotating habitats that will remain in orbit and house millions of people. Having started in 1969, O’Neill’s project suffered some setbacks: Vietnam’s War that was ragging on, also some of the Princeton physics students O’Neill was working with began losing faith in the engineering prospects, despite the success of the Apollo moon landing. However, not all the students gave up the quest.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos was one of Gerard O’Neill’s students at Princeton when the project’s funding was at its peak, in the mid-1980s. Bezos became interested in space at an early age. In a 1982 Miami Herald interview with 18-year-old Bezos, he disclosed an interest "to build space hotels, amusement parks, and colonies for 2 million or 3 million people who would be in orbit,” with the intention to preserve where we live, the then-aspiring engineer told the Newspaper. Bezos’ ultimate goal is not different from that of O’Neill: to build huge habitats that will handle challenges from industrial pollution, overpopulation, energy crisis, culture wars and the extinction of our ecosystem.

Reports reveals that a Lady in Russia have crash landed after falling off from the ninth floor of a flat while having s3x with her partner.

Recall that a plan have been ongoing, so as to make Mars our next home. But to that, we won't believe closer we are to achieving that than ever before cause a new study suggests that terraforming of Mars could cost just a thin sheet of aerogel.

Derived from a gel, aerogel is a synthetic porous lightweight material which its liquid component has been replaced with a gas, making it mostly composed of air. Scientists in the new study are proposing that the material could be used to create a greenhouse and to protect a garden in Mars from harmful radiation while sufficient light could pass through for plants to grow.

According to the research published on July 14 in the journal Nature Astronomy, a sheet of aerogel is between 2 and 3 centimeters thick and that’s enough to create viable greenhouses that could protect plants from the most difficult life on Mars. This terraforming plan is by far more feasible than other previously proposed ideas, though there are lots of other challenges scientists must solve before anyone can settle on Mars.


Maritain settlers still have other serious challenges: unfiltered solar radiation, which sweeps through the planet’s thin atmosphere to the surface and deadly temperatures. According to New Scientist, temperatures at night could reach -100 degree Celsius. That’s absolutely too cold for any crop from Earth to survive.

To understand how aerogel greenhouses would fair in Mars, a team of scientists from Harvard, University of Edinburgh and CalTech recreated Mars-like conditions in a lab. Because aerogel is mostly air, the material easily passes light-giving sunlight for plant photosynthesis. But the lightweight silica was only able to block about 60 % of the harmful ultraviolet radiation that reaches the Red Planet and almost all (99.5%) of the ultraviolet C radiation that’s particularly dangerous.

Also, the aerogel was able to raise the temperature of the underlain surface by 50 degree Celsius through the greenhouse effect. That may be enough to initiate a localized version of the water cycle and to defrost ice trapped beneath it, reports New Scientist.

“It’s a very different approach to a lot of these global terraforming ideas,” Robin Wordsworth of Harvard University told New Scientist. “But it has the advantage that we could actually do it in the next few decades rather than much further in the future.”

Reports have revealed that a little girl of about 4year old have gone missing during a monthly thanksgiving service at the national headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Ebute Meta, Lagos.

The little girl, Aisha Taiwo together with her 9year old brother Malik before her disappearance we're said to have accompanied their grandma to the RCCG Thanksgiving.

Below is her Uncle's statement on her disappearance;

“Aisha’s mother is my sister and she usually comes with her children to visit their grandma every weekend. Due to grandma’s visual impairment, it is only Aisha’s brother who usually follows her to the church. On Sunday, Aisha decided to follow them to the church because her mother, who worships at a different church, was attending the burial rites of a family member.

“Children usually worship at a different hall, but being a thanksgiving Sunday, the RCCG had a joint service in the main auditorium. When the children were invited to the altar for a special prayer, Aisha and her brother held each others’ hands but they got separated while returning to their seats and when her brother returned to where they were seating and couldn’t find her, he raised the alarm.

“I was informed of the incident about 40 minutes after she was declared missing in the church and I immediately went to the church to request the CCTV footage of the premises. To my surprise, I was told that no CCTV camera was installed on the premises. All they had was only their media coverage which showed only the altar; there is nothing exclusive that the church has as a security measure.

“On Monday, I had gone to the police station to lodge a complaint and I went to the Lagos office of IRT and I was able to get a police report. We’ve been doing all we can as a family to find my niece and we expect that the church will also be swift in its response by setting up a committee on this unusual situation.

“I went to the church on Tuesday and a service was going on. I approached one of the pastors and I told him my grievances. While I was making my point, he said he wanted to mount the pulpit and I suggested that I should come back to see him at 2pm.

“Rather than tell me the time that would be convenient for him to see me, he said angrily that how could I just assume that he would be free anytime I chose to see him. The least he could do was to show some level of empathy.”

Alhaji Aliyu Galadima, APC chairman of Lafia Local Government Area, Nasarawa state have demanded that Nigerians should jointly pray for Buhari and other leaders to succeed.

He made the call on praying for the current leaders on Tuesday in Lafia at a meeting with party officials of the area, saying prayers and support were necessary to enable the president take the country to the next level.

According to him, every leader needs the support of his people to succeed, hence the need for Nigerians to pray and support all leaders at all levels.

“The aim of this meeting is to discuss among ourselves on how to move the party in this area forward. “I want to call on all of us to continue to support the party by working as a team and to support leaders to succeed so as to take the country to next level of development".

He added that the ruling APC in the country was committed to provide the much needed dividends of democracy to the rural dwellers.

The chairman also called on the people of the area and Nigerians to be law abiding, respect constituted authorities and live in peace with one another irrespective of their differences.

Also speaking, Mr Abdullahi Angibi (APC), member representing Lafia Central constituency at the state House of Assembly, urged the party faithful to be united in the interest of the party and the state at large.

Angibi, who was represented by Salle Asiri, an APC chieftain of the area, also called on the party supporters to continue to pray and support Buhari and other leaders to succeed.

A Man together with his secret lover, have been reported to be allegedly murdered in Lagos State by his wife.

Following the murder of the two secret lovers, a man was arrested and during interrogation, revealed that deceased man who resides in Ejigbo Lagos murder was masterminded by his wife.

The deceased persons Rasaki Balogun, 56 and Muyibat Alabi, his lover as report have it, were found dead on the 20th of June, 2019 at his 16, Taiwo Oke Street, Victory Estate in Ejigbo, Lagos state.

They were discovered after the man’s wife Akorede, said to be resident in Iba Housing Estate, reported to the police.

In the course of investigating the case, detectives trailed the deceased’s vehicle to Imo State where one Promise Oguegbu was arrested.

It was gathered Oguegbu allegedly took Balogun’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card, which he was said to have used in making withdrawals from the deceased’s account.

While parading him at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), the police said he killed the victims in a robbery attempt, an allegation Oguegbu refuted.

According to the suspect, it was the man’s wife and another man who killed them, claiming he was only given the car by the woman to shut up.

The nabbed suspect said:-

“I did not kill anybody. The landlord’s wife poisoned her husband and the husband’s girlfriend. I was the only one who saw her doing it. She begged me that I should not expose her so that is how I put myself into this trouble.

“It happened on June 18. I came from abroad and I was trying to go back to South Korea but they could not grant me visa. I was tenant in their house.

“The woman called me that I should come inside to assist her because I was the only one in the house. I went inside her house. I saw her with one tall guy. The guy tied the man. She told me to tie the other girl; I had to comply so they will not kill me.

“I went outside as I was hearing noise I saw when the woman was pouring something inside the man’s mouth and the woman’s mouth. I did not kill this man. They arrested the wife but I do not know where she is now. I am not in a relationship with her.

“She was the one who gave me the car. She said the car was her own and she gave it to me and begged me not to report her to the police. She told someone to drive the car out of the compound and it was that person that drove the car and myself to my village.

“It was the woman, Korede that sent me to do ATM withdrawal for her and I gave her the money. I am not a murderer. I didn’t kill anyone. It is my silence that has landed me in this mess."

A man have on Tuesday, in Lagos State jailed for impersonation follwoing the fact that he pleaded guilty for stealing and parading himself as an army corporal at a Mammy Market in Badagry.

The suspect, Musa, 30, whose address is not provided is facing a two-count charge of stealing and parading self as an army corporal.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) the Magistrate, Mr Patrick Adekomaiya remanded Musa in prison and adjourned the case until July 15 for review of the facts of the case and sentencing.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, ASP. Akpan Nkem told the court that Musa committed the offences on July 4 at about 7:45pm at a restaurant in a Mammy Market at Ibereko, Badagry.

The prosecutor said that the defendant stole a Tecno K7 phone worth N38,000, property of one Evelyn Augustine.

Happening at Bliss Mansion hostel Umuchima, was the exposure of a guy, FUTO Federal University of Technology student who attempted to use his colleague for money ritual (Yahoo Plus).

The guy was arrested following his failed attempt to use his fellow for money ritual but during interrogation, he revealed that he decided to take the action so that his “Yahoo” involvement can start going smoothly.

“He called me, at night, appealing to me to allow him sleep over at my place and I sent him my address.

When he arrived, he told me how he was arrested by the police. He said he doesn’t want more Some minutes past 12:00am, he came to the bed telling me that the music I was playing was disturbing him because he hasn’t slept for about two days.

Suddenly he started chanting incarnations. I initially thought it was funny, until he started asking me why I haven’t slept off yet. I told him I would sleep when the time comes, although secretly, I was praying.

At 2:00am he started beating me up and when I was shouting, he told me that no one can hear my voice. I struggled with him for so long, destroying the properties in my room.

At 2:30am, my lodge mates started coming to my rescue and by God’s grace, I could open the door for them. He also told me that his plan was that in the morning, he would collect money.”

Pastor Femi Adeniji, have been reported to be declared wanted after he has allegedly tortured his 15 year old cousin Sunday Adeniji with a hot iron.

The revealed pastor as gathered, injured the little boy on the thigh and leg, which all happened at Oko Obi, Ijagemo, in Iba Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Lagos State, on June 8.

The injured minor, is a student of Ijegun Junior Grammer School.

The pastor, was seen to be missing as the Police in the state embarked on an operation, to arrest him.

Following that, Femi's mother, 73-year old Mrs. Adeniji, was therefore, invited to the police station with her daughter to write undertaking that the injured boy would be taken care of and protected from further attacks.

Speaking of the issue which erupted last week, regarding to the fact that Senator Elisha Abbo was reported to have allegedly assaulted a nursing mother in a sex shop, the Police have now spoken why he haven't been arraigned yet.

The Spokesperson of the Nigerian Police, Frank MBA speaking on the issue, said that Abbo is yet to be arraigned because investigators have not had access to the original Close Circuit Television (CCTV) recording, following the thing he committed on 11th May, in Abuja.

The above being the number one mentioned reason, Mba seconded it with the fact that the intimacy gadget shop owner who travelled long before the viral video which showed Abbo slapping the woman, was yet to return.
