As long as where you buy your land to build is at least six miles away from Dangote refinery and most importantly, is not a committed land, then buying land in Ibeju Lekki is a very profitable investment.

Don't buy land in that area except you want to expose yourself to environmental pollution.

The presence of the Dangote petrochemical refinery will lead to acid rain in that area in the future!

And so the staffs of Dangote refinery and all other industries in the area will live where if there are no residential areas around there?
