Two weeks ago I was robbed by the police of 20k for literally buying food. We were raided and wrongfully acussed of possessing hard drugs. I slept in the cell for doing nothing. Very sad country we live in. Can't wait to get out.

Does that mean that the psychometric test and phone interview are not part of the selection phase?

This is not entirely correct. The next stage which is the 4th stage is an Interview Chat with the Executive of the Division which you are applying into(This requires all of your presence - Spirit, Soul and Body. Lol). This is actually where the final selection is made. After this is then the psychometric tests and a phone interview from a consultant in South Africa(which does not require your presence) to determine your level of emotional intelligence and map out ways to improve on it while you're on the job. Also Note that It is after the psychometric and phone interviews that you would get the congratulatory call.

Anyone gotten invite or a call for the 4th stage?
