If your book is in Kdp select, you can publish it on createspace and other paperback publishing companies. You are not allowed to publish it on other eBook publishing platforms (draft2digital, smashwords, iBooks etc.).

1. To publish on createspace, go to createspace and search for book interior templates (Ms word). Download the size that is applicable to your book then paste your content in it. The tricky part is numbering the pages but Google can help.
2. I think if you publish to createspace through D2D, they will do the formatting for you but you may still have to design the cover. However, they will take 15% of your income.
3. Find someone to teach you Corel draw. It is easier and faster to learn than Photoshop. Any business center or small computer school in your area will do. Then you can make all your covers easily.
4. For niche or keyword research, check my post around page 9 to 11 of this thread.

@MK2 and other gurus, I have a problem. I published a book on Amazon and it sold for up to 37.4 dollars and it also sold for 1.55 pound in the UK market. However, I checked my account and saw what remained was 18 dollars. I thought that they taxed it. But on login to my account today, I saw that my royalty was 2.77 dollars. What has happened? Can someone explain it to me? Or should I call Amazon customare care. I don't know what kind of taxation that they did, that they whole money finished from my account.

Hello, can someone tell me what are the conditions for creating an author page On good reads. I am already a member of Good reads. I tried to Create an author page but I can't. When I click on my name, it will link me to the place where I can create an author page. Then I went on Google online and read and I saw someone said you must have book imported to good reads before you can create an author page. I have tried importing one of my books from Amazon but all they tell me is "We are looking at your importation. Always check this program bar."
