If you want to argue that your skull is not empty, tell the dementia patient to show you the record where a N25T budget was ever presented or debated or approved or signed into law during the 2024 budget process.

If not dementia, how can a Senator claim that the National Assembly debated and passed a N25T while the Executive is implementing a N28T budget?

Did the Executive ever present a N25T budget?
Did the National Assembly ever pass a N25T budget?
Did the President ever sign into law a N25T budget?

If not dementia and illiteracy, where did a single Senator become the only one who knows about a non-existing N25T budget that is not recorded in any news during the whole budget approval process.

Get him to the mental asylum before he claims Atiku was the President of Nigeria from 2015 to 2023.
