Please what am I doing wrongly?? I keep getting this whenever I try rescheduling. Has anyone rescheduled recently? Did you have this same issue?? Or am I doing it the wrong way?.. I went from book appointment, then I got a message saying duplicate appointment and "click here" to reschedule.. I clicked on the link, then had to put my appointment Id and Surname, after filling the information, I click enter and got this error message.. please what am I doing wrong?

I already did. Tried 3 different browsers.. cleared my cache and history.. used browsers on my laptop.. it still didn't work. Super frustrating.

Please I've been trying to reschedule my appointment and I keep getting an "error in processing request" message everytime.. I was so sad today because I missed a date in the first week of August which was open for 3 hours. I don cry finish sha.. but please who has this happened to? What did you do because even till now it's still showing that error.. I cant reschedule at all. I've been trying to reschedule with a later date in October to test if it will work, but same error.. please help!
