The question he is trying to ask you is simple why is the crude oil sold in dollars and why that high price... when you have a refinery in place. The truth is most this politicians are liars so PMS and others should be very cheap when they are exporting they can use international standards but instead the president is taking foreign advise such as reduce the purchasing power of the citizen and it is killing the economy main reason the PMS and others are expensive ...
