Same with me. My interview was Nov 9, 2020. Got a call to send my documents Nov 12, 2020, later call for verbal offer around July 2021 since then I didn't hear any feed back

Yes, I did submit documents last year. However, it was direct documentation before having face to face interview on that same day.

After Direct Interview Some Were Asked To Send Documents To A Certain Email Address

Its there but not correctly spelt. Its spelt Nigerien Instead. The only issue is the point where you have to choose your previous company, not all companies are captured there
