Job Brief:


Responsible for developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.

To recognise the needs and potential of market, design and implement powerful strategies and promotional activities, motivating and involving the sales team in achieving sales and profitability objectives.

Lead sales activities with prospective clients

Develop sales strategies

Establish the relationship between customers and organisation.

Job Description:


Develop strategy, marketing plan including developing product positioning, developing innovative key messages and defining the detailed plans for promotional/ advertising and sales activities in the country.

Effective execution of all the marketing activities planned through the field force in coordination with the Senior Management.

Plan new product launches from estimating the market size to our volume plans to final launch plan and then implement the same

Research industry trends and competitive intelligence through survey and knowledge building programs to guide positioning decisions and ensuring that the field force is kept up to date.

Have close liaison with field force to assess the response to promotional materials and ensure that these materials are being used optimally.

Candidate must have a degree, must be male with two or more years of experience.

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representatives officer (Male) to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties.
You will be the face "Face" of the company for all the visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The Ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
A customer -oriented approach is essential.

Reposibilities

keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
Greet and welcome Guests
Answer questions and address complaints.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters,Packages etc and distribute them.
prepare outgoing mails by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check,sort and forward emails.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
keep updated records and files.
Monitor office expenses and cost.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc).

Requirements

Proven experience as front desk representatives.
Familiarity with office machines (Computer, printer, copier).
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
Proficient in English (oral and Written)
Excellent knowledge of MS office (Especially Excel and Word).
Strong Communication and people Skills.
Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem- solving orientation
B.sc ,Hnd additional qualifications will be a plus.
