This is my second application. I was denied at my first attempt.

Please gurus in the house help me..i applied for visitors visa using PRIORITY service on the 21st of February, did biometrics on the 23rd of February and up till now I have not gotten my passport.i complained to tls via mail,they sent me a link to contact ukvi of which I did call ukvi and they told me a decision has been made since 1st of march.A friend of mine who did his biometrics on the 28th of February has gotten his passport 2 days ago and decision was made on the 2nd of march.my question is what do I do cos i dont know whats going on.thank you

Please how soon can I 're apply for uk visa cos I have been denied on the back of insufficient funds saying my expenditure is 66% of what I have as my account balance@justwise.thank you
