In the past, I have used DigitalOcean cloud hosting servers for hosting my blog and small websites but there is one problem apart from the awesome quality of their cloud instances, they don't offer instant support services via chat. The only option is send tickets, can you tell any provider offering live chat?

I am looking for reliable, easy to use, and best website builder tool to create an online store without digging in technical stuff like coding, etc.
So far, my research shows that SquareSpace and Shopify are the best ones but both are a bit expensive.
Can you suggest any cheaper yet user-friendly builder?

Thanks in advance
