Well since you have submitted the statement, you just have to wait to hear from them. It usually takes 4-5weeks or so. Remember to have adequate plans in place for your finances before moving to Netherlands. Jobs for Non-Eu students is practically non-existant, except you speak good Dutch which I assure you is one of the most tongue twisting language. But quality of life, that I guarantee you is nothing but the very best.
Thanks for your insight pdesmond1. I don't plan on supporting myself via a part-time job, the hassle that the employer has to go through to hire me makes it almost impossible for them to hire me over a local(EU) student. I might earn some extra money online(I'm a programmer and I can already work remotely) or on some little projects if I have the time.
About the Dutch language, I am already learning it on my own and I'll try my best to practice it more over there, seeing that that will up my chances of getting a job after I graduate.

I will let you guys know how my process goes, so that the thread stays up to date with the current regulations.

Yes you are right, most of the regulations have changed. Since you printed a copy of the statement of account before paying for the tuition, they might query for a new statement, their is high possibility that they will calculate the final balance of the statement of account you submitted and subtract the entire money you paid, and if the remaining isn't to the required amount, they might deny it or ask for a more recent bank statement. During my application, the school have full responsibility in ensuring the successful outcome of your MVV, unfortunately it isn't so as of now. The good news is that once your application is approved, you will be issued a Residence Permit that will last for the entire duration of your study, meaning that if you are coming for a Bachelor degree which have a duration of 4 years, then your Residence Card will bear a duration of 4 years. All the best.
Well the thing is that the statement can't be older than 3 months and mine isn't(just one week old). On the invoice they give the amount to pay and then they state that an additional proof of 6,000 euros is necessary. Maybe if they really needed that money to be in my account at all times they would add it to the refundable amount(3,500) that I was supposed to deposit on their bank account.

From what i have experienced so far, i dont think it will affect it your Visa. Once you were able to provide the deposit at first instance, it is that same statement that will be sent to IND by the school.
Thank you very much emmerks. Were you able to legalize your birth certificate and get the visa?

Please did anybody here go through the process of legalization of birth certificate.
Hello emmerks. I have also been accepted to Fontys. I would like to know if you had any problems because of the Bank Statement they ask for.
I have made the payment(Tuition fees, Visa application fees, insurance and deposit for IND) but I'm worried that they might decline my visa application because of the Bank Statement. Everything seems to be in order on my Bank Statement(three documents) but I would like to have some reassurance. I did the bank statement with the same money that I used to pay the school. I would like to know if that will be a problem.

@xkris11 and @pdesmond1 , I would very much appreciate your help as well.

Thank you everyone who contributed to this thread, it really helped me, but some of the regulations seem to have changed now.
Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks.
