This is highly unfortunate that Nairalander reported or whoever posted this trash has decided to misinform the reading public. The Prof tendered reports for 28 States but Rivers and Benue were selected on random basis for presentation in Court. He dropped huge volume of documentary evidence for which all respondents were angry and claiming to have been ambushed by LP.
