What's happening?... There's so much anxiety and confusion.. there has not been any Offer Letter given instead of pendling Speculations

I am also surprised but the guy that informed me said he applied as Production officer or something and he received offer letter mail with the below information:

Dear Your name ,

 

We thank you for participating in the various screening stages for the Lagos Water Corporation (LWC) 2025 Recruitment Exercise.

 

We are pleased to offer you a position as (…..…..............) in the Lagos Water Corporation.

 

In the coming weeks, we will contact you for documentation and other pre-employment processes, after which we will send you our letter of employment.  In the meantime, please accept this e-mail as notification of our provisional offer of employment.

Congratulations!  We look forward to having you on board.

He removed all personal information in the mail. Probably they only reached out to the production officers first.

Guys! It’s true o. They’ve sent offer letter mails to people since December 31st. Someone shared the mail write up with me on Facebook.

I only saw info about the offer on another platform but I couldn't confirm as the person that dropped the info wasn't sounding sure. I am also as expectant as you are.
But it will be very unfair if they don't communicate everyone irrespective of the outcome considering the time and effort people put into the recruitment process thus far. Who knows if they've sent the offer to all cadres of applicants....but there's no contact to call to confirm

Thank you for this feedback. The only available means of contact is the attached mail. And can you please share us the link to the platform. I should still be hopeful offer letters have not been sent or it’s in batches.

I can’t say unless I get a payslip of a level 9 LASG staff. Did you receive the offer letter as well?

Yes. It’s just the same salary structure as other Lagos state civil servants. There are other allowances depending on the role applied for. Any update after the November’s interview please?

I had also expected every candidate deserves feedback after the interview whatever the outcome is. God will remember us all this year

Are you sure about this because I’m just getting to know about this now? I don’t think anybody has received any follow up mail after the interview unless there’s something I am missing.
