Bianca Ojukwu former Nigeria Ambassador to Spain and Permanent Representative to the UNWTO was the special guest as the spectacular annual CKP Christmas Festival at the coal city of Enugu. The show stopping beauty queen and wife of late Igbo leader Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu who was the special guest at the event created a sensation when she joined performing artistes on stage for the rendition of popular Christmas carols and songs. The event which took place at the CVC Onaga Arena showcased traditional Christmas performances, Carol singing, nativity plays, kid’s Christmas tribute and an array of solo performances by renowned gospel artistes amidst spectacular fireworks displays . The chief guest at the occasion was Gov. Lawrence Ugwuanyi of Enugu state, Auxiliary Bishop of Enugu State Most Rev. Ernest Obodo and a host of political party candidates and other dignitaries.

Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni took to her Instagram page and shared some new photos, which showed a slimmer figure. The news was shared by Linda Ikeji Blog Official on Monday, December 12, 2022. If you recall, the singer reportedly began a weight loss journey that took several months. She also revealed on her social media platform that she lost 75 pounds. In the new post, Teni noted that she's looking good andbragged that her appearance isn't cheap. Teni wrote, "it cost money to look like me". The Ekiti state-born entertainer shared a series of lovely photos along with the post. The photos showed Teni's body transformation and thesinger looked happy. In the photos, she was seen with some of her colleagues in the Nigerian entertainment industry, including comedian and dancer Broda Shaggi and rapper Phyno.

Jaylen Smith was elected the mayor of Earle, Ark., on Tuesday night, becoming the youngest Black mayor in the United States. Smith, 18, defeated Nemi Matthews Sr. in a runoff election. Smith had 218 votes, compared to Matthews’ 139, according to election results.
