But upon filling the whole page out. It keeps telling me error......... M like I didn't fill in some information and I've crosschecked and rechecked. Can't seem to find any errors

If you ve completed nysc, you ll have a number on your certificate starting with 'A' in most cases

Thus error means that something on the application you are filling is empty but shouldnt be.
Go through your information again, dont leave any blank spaces
