I think the issue you raised here is an issue that deals with their council and some of the reason is underfunding in Nigeria's tertiary institutions.... Medical courses isn't like any other course...so it's not only with medicine also nursing, pharmacy etc.... If the government build more teaching hospitals where this students can be trained... Then d qouta would be increased... It's best we have quality than quantity
