BVL came together with passport request: 21st August

Approval dropped down this morning for my hubby after 26 solid weeks! It can only be God.

Timeline:
SOWP Online Application
Applied: 26th February
Biometrics: 4th March
Upfront medical
Medical passed: 21st August
Passport request: 21st August
Application approval: 10th September

My study permit is expiring on the 21st November so I was still scared to update my e-family until today.

Hello gurus in the house I need your advice, please. I applied for my husband to join me through SOWP since 26th February online route and have not heard anything from them. We got married in January and sent his application immediately I came back to Canada, but the issue here is that I graduated last month and need to apply for my post-graduate work permit as my student work permit will be expiring in November 2019. I didn't know it takes this long to process SWOP. I am so confused on how to go about it if I should write to them asking why the application is delaying or withdraw the application and apply for my post-graduate work permit?
