yeah...the slowest. try to move yourself, your phone and wifi to another location (might help) then pause the update and resume after 10secs....might help the speed. how many gigs anyway? the total update I mean....

Not normal...slowest Wi-Fi should go around 1mb/3secs.....small advice; plug your phone to light...get yaself a soft bed and sleep...check how far again tomorrow.

Lol Sup Lexus was out of bb for a short while it wasnt planned just needed some cash then so i had to let my phone go, but m back now and aint going anywhere anymore.

Hold the volume keys (up and down) for sometime until the screen goes dark and the BlackBerry logo shows. That's hard reset...hope it cures the craze.

Hello my oga in d house. Pls help my data network keep disconeting on my BB10. It keeps changing from E to e,H to h, yet my subscription is active. I called Glo BlackBerry customer care, the asked me to send d Imei no of the phone and my BlackBerry pin. But am afraid they might want to block me from using the 1K subscription on Q10, because d guy told me dey now have special package for Q10 device. What can I do to solve d problem pls? I was working perfectly before. The whole thing started some days back.
