hi expert in the house,i don't know what's beign wrong with my blackberry 10(Q5) device, the phone shut down even before I exhaust the battery i.e, 63% and it just started the stuff today..i don't know if anyone ever experience this before or know any possible solution,the phone is non-removable battery I would have opt for a new battery...

never heard of this...and of course if you confirm that the fault is from the battery, you can change it! i've changed mine before...that warranty shii ain't applicable here in Nigeria (for obvious reasons) ....so, forget that bull about not been able to replace battery. (tho, only an experienced techniccur can do this)

if you have an os 10.2.1 above.., just Google search for the app you wish to download, and install directly to your phone. if you do not understand, pls start reading this thread from page 1 cos I'm not gonna bother replying.

that's the reason why you've BlackBerry App World. Any other apps or games outside there is mainly Android....and you can google your desired HD games apk.
