sim 1is cut sim I guess dats d reason it's not working... It's because it wasn't cut to size... So it wud b shaking and sometimes it wud read sometimes it wont

But if I swap and insert it in the sim 2 slot, it will work. Then the one that is brought to the sim 1 slot won't work again

Yes pls I need it too...but mine is not the 16+2.
It is the 1+8. I have tried to root it with Root Genius but the reply I get is "Cannot Root, Such a tough phone".

Fidel24: It only works on MTK devices as far as I know.
Go to play store to download mobile uncle tools
Open it and select Engineering mode and then mtk engineering mode. Click on connectivity,then
select cds information
Click on radio information
Select either phone 1 or phone 2....depending on the sim
port ur glo sim is in...
U will see a bar titled AT+,click on it,then add the letter E
to the front of the plus,suggestions will arise....select the
sugestion with the 1,7 for sim 1 or the sugestion with 1,10
for sim 2.....after selecting add d bb imei inbetween the
two inverted commas behind the sugestion u selected...
Now click on the back of the + and click on spacebar
Then click on send AT command....a popup will show
u.....At command is msent...
It means its done
Just restart your phone nd change ur accesspoint to
blackberry.net
