there's no problem with your account but the problem is with the buyer to be 's account.Maybe it was suspended,deleted or placed on vacation.

Go to the order page, you will see {Having issues with your order?
Resolve Now} click on resolve Now and give a reason then submit it. It is now left for ur buyer to either accept or reject it
