One has to wonder how do the north get there bloc votes.
During last week election, I observed it was practically impossible for 500+ voters to vote in a PU with one card reader. Meanwhile in the north a PU can have as much as 2k voters.
Its either Inec is systematically disfranchising the south by there biased distribution of materials or some magic goes on up north.

I find it funny that a state like Bornu that has been ravaged by insecurities and displaced persons is having 87% voter turnout.
