OP, hmmm, you are playing with malicious defamation case o.

Hiding behind a keyboard won't protect you from facing the criminal justice system o in the event that man chooses to press charge of criminal defamation against you.

Ikoyi is not a suburb or village where people will just wake up and go around pulling down structures without court processes. In fact, anyone who tries it will lose big time by the time the victim press charges.

Thank you for clearing the air and for also saying what can not happen. It was thugs and not policemen that came to destroy and injure people who were there doing their daily duties. Pastor Tony Rapu is a law abiding citizen and I feel if shown a court order to the effect because the property was leased he would have obeyed because its not his property. All he would have done is to ask for sometime to move their belongings. This jungle approach was done in a manner to put fear and obtain this property at all cost. Pastor Tony Rapu is not a small man in this country, so the person who pulled this move is connected all the way to the top.

Pandemonium broke out last week thursday when thugs of the niger delta extraction broke into NO.2 Oba Adeyinka Oyekan Avenue formerly known as 2nd Avenue and started destroying property and harming people they met on the property. The property was leased by Pastor Tony Rapu and it was used as its Ikoyi annexe for church members living in ikoyi. The surprising thing was the church had leased the property until 2025, so they were surprised when the thugs came and said it had been bought by their boss Mr Victor Ochei. Rt Hon. Victor Ochei is an Executive Director, Maritime Labour & Cabotage Services in NIMASA and a former speaker in Delta state. People have been trying to settle the matter but it seems a higher player is in the background pulling the strings. From what we can gather it seems the property was actually bought by the minister of transport Rt Hon. Rotimi Amechi and that's why all the law enforcement people have steered clear of this matter.
