Pls hw can i root my T-Mobile htc sensation?

Pls i need help, my HTC EVOdesign4G get stuck on boot, it's always off nd on by itself, but always stuck on booting, i don't kno d app dat i installed dats causing it, i tried to flash it manually but each tym i enter recovery or factory reset why trying to flash it, it always off nd on again, am unable to flash it manually, pls i need help on wat to do plss..
