I am in the process of starting a magazine business in Nigeria. In order to avoid clash of name with existing magazines or copyright infringement, I would appreciate it if you can help compose list of magazines (not newspaper) available in Nigeria. Thank you all in advance.

Dear readers, I am looking to invest in landed properties in Nigeria. I am seeking information about new areas or sites that are currently undergoing development in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Osun state. Unfortunately, I have only just moved back home from abroad so I don't know much about these areas. I am looking at buying lands in these areas. As always, your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
