you must have missed something out of the form, you should look at those YES and NO question, at the beginning.
Download your application and go through it, you will find where the error is.
if you find it, you may want to cancel the application and start a new one, or you can expect NSF mail and a link to pay it, or risk a refusal.
my 20 kobo advice is to find the error, cancel and submit a new application, your money will be refunded within 28 working days. when you cancel before biometric.

Thanks for kind advise, I have check and re-check for any error which I couldn't find any, even with the help of third party. I will stick with @justwise advise to keep the money aside. Thank you once again.

No need to bother about not paying IHS. I didn't pay too because my spouse who is the main applicant is studying on scholarship so it was waved for me.

That was what happened to you too.

If the main applicant isn't study on scholarship, then the IHS was waived for a reason mostly like the main applicant is benefiting from something you don't know about.

Please I just applied for dependent visa today and on filling the IHS form i was not giving option to pay but I received the IHS reference number but I pay for the visa application. Please what should I do?
