Can someone gives the estimate of building a 2bedroom 4 Blocks.
And also the price of blocks and sand.
Will i need to approve my Fence Building?
How many blocks will i need to erect a one Plot of land and also the numbers of blocks i will need for building of the 2bedroom 4 Blocks

Like the poster above me rightly said, it depends on ur choice of design and quality of finishing u want. For example, a W/C can cost from 8k to 10k, and another might go for 50k to 80k. Same applies to tiles and other finishings.
So the first tin to do is to get an architect to do an architectural design for u. Then a structural engineer for the structural design. Then u will need a qty surveyour who will help u get the exact cost of the building.
Fortunately, am a professional Civil/structural engineer with over 7yrs experience in the construction industry, I can fix all these for u alongside the construction works . PM me or WhatsApp me through my no on my previous posts

I'm Wondering How much will it will cost to build a 4 unit of 2 bedroom each the location is ilorin
It will be one storey building. the Land is a Plot.
