Personally, I think you're doing fine. Yes, it's natural to elicit some unwholesome reactions, especially owing to the diverse of people herein. I will sincerely want to plead that you use this thread to learn how not to react sometimes. This is a good place to master emotional intelligence, albeit it's not always easy especially when the people inducing the anger are relatively younger and almost immaterial to your living.

You can just simply ignore and do your thing the way you think it's ok. Overall I like your usual candor and diligence, having read up almost all your posts on nairaland.

The problem we have is stupid targets and impatience, if you start with as little as 1k or even less you are most likely going to break even in no time, don't forget, every win is a win in gambling even if your 1k can bring you only 100 naira addition, it's a win, the same 1k will bring millions, I have used 1k to win 6.9m just a little below 7 million infact I didn't know I won until 3 days after when I logged in to old school bet9ja that doesn't have notification, I can pull up the code if you wish and you'll see it's same style I play, one half, either first or second.
