Wiseman2y: May the best candidate win in ,,,2027. But Nigeria needs young people the place of leadership. We are tired of all these old politicians in Nigeria. But these ones will not allow them to rise. The ones that will rise will go through them and make them become like one of them. So, no change can happen through these ones! |

Politics › Re: Wike's Mansions: Tinubu An Accomplice And Corruption Enabler by Kaa4(m): 4:29am On Sep 24, 2025 |
truthera: It's now almost a week since the news broke regarding revelation of Wike's Florida mansions and other luxurious properties. One would've expected Tinubu being his boss who is the president of the country, who on several occasions told the international community that "there is no more corruption in Nigeria" should've demonstrated his no tolerance for corruption within his government by asking Wike to submit himself for investigation over the allegations. Tinubu's silence over Wike's case is a indictment on his government complicity and a direct indictment on him as an accomplice to Wike's "crimes".
If the president continues to be silent and choose to do nothing to address this embarrassing situation then it is clear for all to see that Tinubu does not only condon corruption but encourages it. Many Nigerians defending Wike are also partly to blame for nonchalant attitude exhibited by this government towards fighting corruption. Why are Nigerians not in the publicly demonstrating and demanding for Wike to be investigated, why are Nigeroans not publicly demanding for an end to looting and corruption going on under Tinubu? No nation can progress if it's leaders are not held accountable. I don't believe I could ever read a report like this! How can anyone say this? Most Nigerians know fully who BAT is. C'mmon, BAT is your stereotype Nigerian politician. I think Wike has been more powerful as Minister than as a Governor now that he is nationally influential and has a longer reach and area of influence than in Rivers. Wike is the only Minister who has confessed to having a Rolls Royce, and did not dispute the allegation of buying $6 million house in the US. All this at the pleasure of BAT. BAT appointed the former chair of his party, known for collecting $500k as bribes. We know better, but we act less |

Xscape1993: It is well with you. Wishing you all the best in life. I guess this is his response to the allegation that he bought a $6 million house in the US. Sir, this is not the right and the correct answer, go prove in the US that the property does ot belong to you or your children. Then you will know what will happen. You know that BAT is not in control over there! |

flexyrule: I wanted to argue with her, but looking at the environment the video was made, I had no option than to reason with her.
If we were to adopt her hypothesis, the world would have missed a lot of talents and breakthroughs.
Cuz we wouldn't have had people like:
Mike Adenuga - who worked as a taxi driver to fund his education Victor Osihmen - World class footballer who sold pure water in Lagos traffic Patoranking - who moved from Ebony to Lagos to hawk gala. Oprah Winfrey - Media Mogul who was born to a teenage single mother in Mississippi, in a neighbourhood that didn't have electricity and running water. Jan Koum - Founder of Whatsapp Howard Schultz - former Starbucks CEO Harold Hamm - was raised by Oklahoma sharecroppers. This self-made billionaire started out by picking cotton barefooted. Roman Abramovich - Russian Billionaire who was born into poverty in southern Russia where he was orphaned by age two. Dolly Parton - Renowned artist Lakshmi Mittal - Indian Steel Tycoon Jay Z - Named greatest rapper of all time by Billboard and Vibe
The list goes on and on...
Life is not a 1+1=2 thing like the "social media people" want to make it seem. You make sense. But she wants to determine her tomorrow by the today that was forced on her, not the tomorrow she can create or can happen. She is free not ot have children if she is not already riding a car. |

The support from France makes all this rubbish possible. France has never been of help in the developmental but exploitative process of these countries.
Have you heard of the same thing happening in the English-speaking countries?
Gradually, they are freeing themselves. But Côte d'Ivoire is the most developed of the French West African countries.
Remember, at the point of bringing up the Eco currency, Mr Quattra invited Mr Macron, who suddenly jumped in.
Thank God Nigerians asked them to go ahead without her, and that was what saved the ECOWAS countries. |

badoh: Not trying to denigrate Nigeria, but what impact has Nigeria Universities made globally? What innovations have been carried out in Nigeria Universities known globally? Imagine our professors of mechanical engineering who cannot fix mechanical fault in their cars but had to take it to a mechanic to fix it for them. Our professors of electrical engineering who can't come up with ideas on how Nigeria power sector can be fixed? We have a good number of professors but putting their theoretical knowledge into practical usage is the problem. Much of the problem is political, which requires courage and decisive actions. The regular collapse of the grid is for people to make money when fixing it. There is too much sabotage all over the place. Do you wonder why our professors and technical people perform magic when outside this country? Institutions are stronger than people over there. |

Politics › Re: Amidst Peace Deal In Katsina: Bandits Abduct 55 In Zamfara by Kaa4(m): 7:27am On Sep 16, 2025 |
All these deals being made by Governors with bandits have never solved the problem. It only shows the weakness of the people (and the government) to deal with he problem. Settlement started during El-Rufai and has continued, and will not stop.
The problem of banditry is cancerous in them, because they know themselves and are too weak to act against themselves
Solutions 1. Break the country up and let those who want to be affected be 2. Break up the police and let them see marauders take over their country. 3. Publicly shame and expose those high individuals involved in all of these |

You can never find the name of Malami in anything good, ethical and legitimate. He is the most criminal of all the AGFs the country has ever had. The pact between BAT and Buhari is what is still keeping him. Very soon, he would be caught and dealt with when all the offences he committed as AGF come to light. |
