Coke for example and tea like lipton or sumtn all have a common compound,CAFFEINE.that is what gets you hooked.they tend to gv u this feeling that makes you crave them all the time.so when u want a drink,buy a fruit juice.u can alwas have dat in the car or anywere.ts a whole lot better.and then the water therapy is ofcourse the best Trust me.this things take time but gradually u will cut the excesses if u r determined to.

for me i don't think habits can be stopped or rather addictions, u just have to substitute them with something else, either u start by reducing the qty of soft drinks u take gradually or u start a water diet
