Good day everyone... I am new here. I appreciate everybody, both home and abroad, that make out their precious time to reply and help people here.

I am trying to apply for Masters Road to Democracy at University of Siegen but one of the requirement is that I should upload certified copies of my WAEC(University Entrance Certificate), degree certificate and transcript. So I am trying find out the acceptable means/office for carrying out the certification.

Secondly, my school do not issue transcript to students by hand, how do I go about uploading a certified copy of the transcript on the online application platform when I cannot even get it by hand in the first place.

Anybody that has gone through this should please help a sister out. The link to the application required is included down here, and I also attached a screenshot of the page. Thanks all.
