Moreover the federal government didn't spend money on these projects. These projects came in at the same time too.

You also do realise that Lagos was created in 1967? Ikeja wasn't even a part of Lagos until her creation in 1967. To tell you that the federal government only occupied half of a local government in Lagos before Lagos was created in 1967, afterwhich, other western areas were added to it to become the Lagos we have today.
