Take bus from ikorodu to oshodi, drop at oshodi, from oshodi take bus going to Ikeja along/Agege/iyana ipaja, drop @ PWD, cross to the other side of the road, you will see Sam Ethan Airforce base.

For instance Office Cadre for Lagos State has these:

OFFICER + MBBS 24-26th Sep’ 2018
A. NAF BASE AGEGE MOTOR ROAD IKEJA (APPLICANTS WITH SURNAMEs BEGINNING WITH 'A' TO
'M')

B. 9 BRIGADE COMMAND, IKEJA CANTONMENT ((APPLICANTS WITH SURNAMEs BEGINNING WITH 'N'
TO 'Z')
