Seun...good evening. This is another account of the serial fake news peddler

Seun, the issue is that most of these news are actually fake news and these narratives are pushed to frontpage with so muvh speed and alacrity.

I won't have an issue if Ritual Killings are also sent to frontpage with same alacrity..also it's a known fact that TINUBU the President sef na Escobar..

There is a calculated WhatsApp group that is dedicated to pushing fake news to undermine igbos on Nairaland. Maybe the Moderator in the Politics and Crime section needs to be juggled and sent to the education and car section. grin

This is an underrated statement.
It was a cretinous statement. He followed AJ around because that was his job, he was literally one of his coaches.

JASONjnr:
Trump threatened to take actions against Nigeria and you said it isn't an accusing on the FG?

FG is Nigerian government and Trump directed all his threats to the government.

ADC must really be confused about what's going on.

Also, if Trump takes action, we all know that the same ADC will have lots of meriments to do because the FG under Tinubu failed.

But we know that Tinubu will succeed.
1. We will trash dollar dependence in Nigeria through the oil sector
2. All exchange on import goods will be in Naira not dollar....

Trump should get ready to sanction Nigeria.... After all, they sanctioned China and went back to beg.
Trash dollar dependence? You kids grin, you crack me up. What is Nigeria's debt denominated in?

I hope this was not caused by some brainless cretins eating bushmeat. This is the worst time for an epidemic in Africa. USAID and other international health bodies have been defunded by the current US administration. Hold your ears people, you are On Your Own, be wise.

SpatialKing:
What a blow and embarrassment to the good people of Niger Delta

Instead of pardoning

Revoke the conviction in the first place
Condemn and boldly state that the conviction was Un constitutional....

Pardoning means the conviction was correct and right in the first place
Tinubu doesn't have the power to do that. That's for a court to do. As an executive ruler not a king, he is able to pardon not overrule a conviction in spite of it being an unjust one.

They made fun of me in school? What are you even talking about cheesy? So clueless. You make me laugh, your entire worldview is shaped entirely by things you’ve read other people say on the internet. Again, I ask you, what is a coon and how does it fit into the vernacular of a Nigerian?

One thing I have realised is Igbo's don't have political future plan.

Because if they do, some of them won't be picking fight with those that they might need their help in future

Whether Biafra or presidency, they still need others
They just don’t get it. The game of acquiring power requires finesse, suave and calculation. They’d rather use gra gra to get their way, but it doesn’t work that way.

What is a coon? Why are you using words you don’t understand? You’ve drank the black nationalist Twitter koolaid and taken their vernacular as well. The funny thing is that with all this simping you’re doing, the feelings that poster had for black Americans are pretty mutual. FBA/ ADOS movement are just unearthing the feelings of disdain and tribalism black Americans always felt towards black immigrants but didn’t have the avenue to express

Karlovych:
That's your business but the next time you visit the US feel free to relate with the Takeisha and Devontay group let's see how that will work out to for you.
That poster is delusional, people like that usually learn the hard way then do a complete 180 to the opposite extreme of their previous position, when they could have been moderate/ open minded to the alternate viewpoint from the very beginning.

I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity until they give you a reason not to. Akata or black American culture has a lot of richness but there is also a lot of degeneracy in equal measure. The lack of education coupled with the criminality should make anyone with common sense think twice before involving themselves in that.

CrimeRe: Drift And Drugs: Three Nigerian Men Arrested In Phuket In Two Separate Cases by Kalvan50: 2:39am On Mar 15, 2025
Why do Igbos keep on doing this? The Nigerian passport is pretty much a pariah passport because of all these drug dealings. Does reputation not mean anything to these people? Money isn’t everything!

Won’t be surprised if these eediots are Biafra separatists, calling Tinubu all variations of drug dealer, when that’s their modus operandi.

Biafra is supposed to be a utopia abi? Maybe your main export will be black tar heroin grin

PoliticsWhy Are Igbo Youths That Didn't Experience The Civil War Crying About It by Kalvan50(op): 6:19am On Feb 23, 2025
Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa, Ipob...

None of these people were born during the Nigerian Civil War. I have relatives that lived in the eastern region(Owerri) during the war. They were children that barely survived starvation, the oldest was eight years old. These people are all in their seventies now. So Igbo youths, why cry over something you never experienced? The people in my family that experienced the war, being from Rivers, laugh at the idea of Biafra's restoration. Why is some small boy that wasn't even a glint in his mother's eye in 1967 still crying ?

PoliticsRe: David Hundeyin Blasts Legacy Media For Inventing The "Igbo Coup" Hoax by Kalvan50: 10:51am On Feb 22, 2025
People that follow Hundeyin have worms in the brain. That Russian plant is easily one of the biggest misinformation agents on social media.

Nzeogwu may have wanted it to not be an Igbo coup, but a sizable proportion of his collaborators did! Zik was somehow on a cruise during the coup?! Zero plans to dispose of Ironsi? In fact, Nzeogwu was enraged when he found out Ifeajuna made no plans to take out Ironsi.

All that said, I'm tired of young Igbos crying about a war they didn't experience. As someone from the SS, I have family members that lived in the Eastern region during the war, and even they laugh at the idea of a modern Biafra

The fact that you are asking this question almost two years after Tinubu became president is a testament to the idea that Peter Obi would have done things differently, which would have turned out positively for Nigerians, and to the admission that Tinubu has been a monumental disaster.
What would he have done differently? Economic policies please
PoliticsRe: What Would Obi Have Done Differently From Tinubu by Kalvan50(op): 7:14am On Feb 22, 2025
All these insults lol. I simply asked what Obi would have done differently. Please give me tangible economic policies he would have implemented, that would have rescued Nigeria from the mess it was in. Tinubu is pragmatic, and has balls as a leader. Tough decisions had to be made, short term pain had to be felt, for long term growth.

Stop posting vague platitudes like he would have turned Nigeria to Singapore because he has experience as a trader
PoliticsWhat Would Obi Have Done Differently From Tinubu by Kalvan50(op): 2:25am On Feb 22, 2025
There had to be some painful medicine taken. I’m seeing smart leadership from Tinubu in spite of the hate.

Inflation dropped from 35% to ~24% MOM
Debt yields have fallen to a 5 year low
Oil output has increased. In Jan, the country hit a 4 year high 1.54 million barrels, exceeding the OPEC quota.

PoliticsRe: “if Ikwerres Are Not Igbo, Why Do They Have Igbo Names?” by Kalvan50(op): 10:15am On Dec 30, 2024
Elusive001:
Correct.

Ikwerre is just a dialect of Igbo language.

Ask them why all Ikwerre people understand central Igbo just like every other Igboman? Even an ikwerre people who has never ever come in contact with an Igboman understands central Igbo by default.
There are similarities in our languages due to proximity, but to call Ikwerre a dialect of Igbo is Igbo arrogance. Unlike other groups in Nigeria — Yorubas, Hausas,Fulani there was never a centralized Igbo kingdom, so a centralized Igbo language is a modern phenomenon
PoliticsRe: “if Ikwerres Are Not Igbo, Why Do They Have Igbo Names?” by Kalvan50(op): 10:11am On Dec 30, 2024
gidgiddy:
Why is that every few days, one stupid individual will create one "Ikwerre are not Igbo" thread? What is that about?

Why is there no Etche isnt Igbo thread?

Why is there no Ogba isn't Igbo thread?

Why is there no Egbema isn't Igbo thread?

Why is there no Ndoni isn't Igbo thread?

Why is there no Obigbo isn't Igbo thread?

People have to understand that Ikwerre are not the only people in Rivers State. They are not the only people that speak a language that is mutually intelligible to Igbos, all these people I mentioned do. I'm an Anambra man, but with attentive listening, I understand what all these people say when they speak their language, same as an Ibadan will have listen well to understand when an IJebu man, Egba man, Badagrey man speak

Infact, I have to listen even more attentively when I hear some other Igbo groups such the Ezza/Izzi people of Ebonyi, the Nsukka of Enugu State and the Ohawfia of Abia. Even the dialect of Owerri, capital of Imo State. can sell me if I don't take time.

Ikwere being Igbo or not Igbo will not add one Naira to any Igbo man's pocket

Please, in the grand scheme of things, Ikwerres are few in number compared with the Igbo nation, just about 2 or 3 local governments. They are not even up to the population of the Indigenous Igbos of the lower Benue

We should be talking about more important things, like how to get back over one million Igbos carved into Benue, when they should have been in Ebonyi State. How to get the Anioma people a seperate state

These are what should concern Igbos, and not if two and half LGA's in Rivers State are Igbos or not. There over 20 LGA's in Rivers State
It’s your father that is stupid, fraudster

Politics“if Ikwerres Are Not Igbo, Why Do They Have Igbo Names?” by Kalvan50(op): 7:56pm On Dec 29, 2024
Said the Igbo man called Johnson or Phillip. Why are there Igbos with English names in the year of our lord 2024!?

Ikwerres have Igbo names due to the marginalization by the old eastern region, where they were treated like second class citizens and had to blend in.

Ikwerres are not Igbos, Ikwerres are not biafrans.
