toluxe0075: To support you, recently, BBC did a documentary on how some peeps in UK busted a scam customer care service center in India. They were scamming people as high as £3k at a go. There are more sophisticated scam carried out by Indians than Nigerians. Thank God u said sophisticated. But here agbero can scam a whitey 2million dolls. It's more irritating here cos Security ain't tight, therefore PayPal would prefer to deal with India than Nigeria still. That's the point! Similar reason permanent US visa was denied Nigerians last month by Trump administration. Because there are system lapses. Less data control, locally. Not that they hate u despite being the most educated immigrant group in Yankee |

odizeey: Doesn't mean we pull half of the rates those Indians pull. You might not know, but know today. Even fiverr sellers don't like working with them. They brought their scam there too.
They are very good with tech. That gives them the edge. Sure I know they do Hi Tech . But Nigerians don't even do tech at all so u can imagine how annoying it will be for the foreign countries. Means, it's easier to commit. |

odizeey: Bro, I'm telling you, no pray to get dealing with Indians and Pakistan.
Our own na love scam na.
Those guys are hackers. Nigeria is learning. I am not saying we are the top at all. What the country has put in place matters too. No data, nothing. Nigeria scam as casted and gone popular 10-15 years ago already. |

samsard: What are you even saying sef ? Who told you that scams on the internet are excluded? I would have recommended a YouTube channel where Indian fraudsters are busted, but I don't have the energy for an unprofitable back and forth. You can settle to believe that Nigerians are the only criminals on cyberspace if you like. 1. Indians may commit but their country is way advanced than ours and could collaborate with international agencies better. 2. Do note that even the Lesotho, SA etc that we are using will take its toll on those countries in statistics gathering. And wouldn't count for Nigerians. Truth is many of those listed countries millions of Nigerian scammers use their IP too and contribute to the count cos Naija IP is casted. Do yahoo boys recieve money with Nigerian details or local details? But I'm sure that if I ask you to give me 1000 yahoo boys in your own area alone, it wouldn't be a difficult task lol. Non of them use Nigeria as country of operation. 3. Ask yourself, out of all the listed countries, which one is Nigeria better than in financial security and general security To sum it all , Nigerian advanced free fraud has already casted and gone popular before those current stats emerged. The damage is done already. |

samsard: This are the stats for countries "generating cybercrimes". Cyber crimes is different from SCAM. Look for SCAM. What concerns Nigeria with general cybercrime? |

samsard: I suggest you take down the screenshot though. TBH, suspicion of fraud and money laundry is more likely the reason Africard was blocked. No serious person collects fraudulent money and withdraws to bank from PayPal. That is highly traceable. From an exchange I saw on Twitter between UBA Ghana and a tweep, it seems UBA was getting alarmed by the money coming in. Because seriously there's a lot of Nigerians making money online legitimately. India has a lot more frausters than Nigeria can dream of and yet they have PayPal fully available. Nigeria just doesn't have regulations that allow for some things. Once again, India has a lot more fraudsters than Nigeria can dream of. Why do you/ we Nigerians like to patronise ourselves/yourself laidis? If India like they should have 3 billion fraudsters, you can not compare it's popularity to Nigerian scam. Maybe if you had called it a result of stereotype, would have been better. PayPal was the fastest way Nigerian scammers used to defraud people back then, with fake bank ID for your information. Didn't Western Union also limit how much that could be sent to Nigeria due to issues of scam? Do the bank agents not advise their citizen not to send money abroad due to Nigerian scams? The truth is in our face but that's one disadvantage of being a Nigerian. We will just have to deal with it. |

nwafresh: I don DM big madam
"Good day, ma'am. I'm sure work is going on smoothly. I know it's wrong contacting you without your approval, but I think it's time I bring this to your notice. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this might cause you or the company. I'm reaching out to you on behalf of myself and thousands of transcribers who are having issues with Paypal solely for an alternative in payment method. If you check my account, I've not been active for the past three weeks due to the fact that the prepaid card linked to my PayPal and that of thousands of transactions from my region got suspended due to the activities carried out with the prepaid cards by fraudsters( not Qa transcribers). So it affected both those fraudsters as well as people earning legit money like Qa. We are now having issues with our funds hanging on PayPal, thereby making it difficult for us to withdraw to our local bank account. Please ma'am, we plead that you help us earning legit cash from this great company, Qa and tender our proposal to the higher authority for consideration. Using Payoneer as another method of payment would be highly appreciated. A lot of us are graduates and this is what has been paying our bills. Once again, I'm sorry for contacting you without your consent, but we need your help"
This was her response
"We have plans of looking into this in the future, Jude. But I'll be honest with you that right now, this isn't in the long list of priorities we have." You have done well. You tried. |

nwafresh: I made a statement about other payment option last week, but we ignored and we're waiting for "a Moses to lead the children of Israelites out of Egypt while we do nothing". Let's agree on a payment method, write a letter to Qa and I'll personally risk everything and send it to her. Bad as e bad, they'll reject it but at least we'll know that we tried. Las las if we don't have a lot of people willing to respond, I'll DM big madam and tell her my issues of not working lately and seek for a payment option. Highest she'll disagree, but I'll proud that I tried Go ahead, write her. Choose Payoneer. Well done bro. |

udemzyudex: It is a straight forward thing.
Get a windows CD of your choice.
Get at least 8GB flash drive.
Use the image burner app that you install on your laptop to burn the windows CD software to ISO file.
Insert the cd,open image burner, locate the cd and convert to ISO file.
After extraction,it will save on your desktop, connect your flash open Rufus ,select the option you want to create but don't use UEFI unless you want to make an UEFI bootable flash.
From Rufus, locate the ISO file you just created, and apply.
Rufus will do the job for you.
If you have a laptop with DVD ROM 8gb USB flash Windows CD either 7,8.1/10 Imageburner Rufus And still can't do a windows bootable flash drive WhatsApp me on 08064724259 to put your through. Thanks boss will whatsapp u now. |

Greatzeus: Computer boy did you just asked him to copy an .iso file to a desktop or a flash drive boss no fall my hand oh lol First you cannot install Windows on a PC( hard drive) that also contains the installer( windows O.S .iso file) because during installation all files on the drive are erased. You can only install Windows from external sources eg DVD or USB. Secondly, you can't copy your Windows.iso file to flashdrive and connect it to your PC so as to use it installing Windows because it is not bootable. You have to make the flash bootable by using third party software like Rufus to burn the .iso file to the flash drive . Harryfrosh, copy the windows.iso file to your desktop ( For easy location) or anywhere on your PC Download Rufus for PC Open Rufus Click on Select to add the file ( windows.iso file) to Rufus Click start Beep sound is made when done Leave your now bootable flash connected to your PC Restart your PC,while booting Press F12(Dell) or F9(Hp) continuously,to go to boot menu When boot menu appears, select CD/ DVD/ USB Your PC will now boot from your flash Windows installation begins, follow on screen instructions to successful format your system and install new windows. Hello boss, I have been trying to seek your assistance on this. Please reply. Thanks. |

A lady says she was able to withdraw from Skrill with her Africard Shebi the other day you said, Paypal knows that you do it and perhaps they are ok with it. I laugh in Spanish. When guys from here will be heading to twitter or customer care to complain about Paypal. Isn't that crazy? Is Paypal service meant for people residing in Nigeria? No. When you know that something is illegal, y'all still will chat them about solving your issues. Now they removed it finally. I get pissed by some Naija attitudes at times. |

As long as you're not doing anything illegal PayPal don't have any problem with you If they know and they leave you doesn't mean you should walk to them to discuss an illegal issue with dem, common.
