Wen u've a propective buyer & 'ave succeeded in convincing him/her 2 place order wit our company,d next step is 4 u to request 4 our companies questionnaire form 4 d potential buyer 2 fill.
This is d info needed in d form
a.Buyer's details eg contact name & title,legal/registered name,physical add,phone,email.
b.Product info-eg type/style,grain size/variety,broken ratio,moisture,place of origin,texture,quantity/units need etc.
Once these form is completed & returned 2 us,it is thru dis form we'll knw wat d buyer wants.It's thru dis form dt we process ur proformer invoice,d certification from WHO & oda regulartory agencies in thailand abt standardization,samples etc.It is wit these documents dat d buyer'll go 2 his bank 4 d BG.Once our bank recieves a BG from ur bank,deal is sealed.
Coming 2 ur commission as an agent,we'll send u a documented agreement binding u & our company.U sign & kip ur copy 4 legal action incase we default.

A ship load is 12,500 metric tone.
1 tn=20 bags of 50kg
12,500=20*12500
A ship load=250000 bags of 50kg
We sold our last consignment @ #6100 per bag.Dat is #6100*250000 bags=#1,800,000000.Dis is our price 4 now but due 2 d CBN new policy,if there is any price change we'll let d buyer knw.
