Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Lagos,Ibadan,Abuja,PH,Abeokuta. Employment Type: Full-time Summary The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience. This role involves managing customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints while maintaining high service standards. Tasks Greet customers warmly in-person and over the phone, providing a welcoming experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies. Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. Assist customers with product recommendations, placing orders, and completing purchases. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting purposes. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall customer experience is smooth and efficient. Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their concerns have been resolved. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers. Adhere to all company procedures and safety regulations during daily operations. Perform other related duties as requested by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. High level of emotional intelligence and patience in dealing with diverse customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Remuneration N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
