The secular courts as constituted has it laws and powers derived from Judeo-Christian laws. That's why the proponents of Sharia want their own courts which would derive it's power from the Islamic laws.

Whether or not the laws of the secular court are derived from your so called Judeo-Christian laws is immaterial, the bone of contention should be whether justice and fairness is delivered.

1. Stop the inflow by increasing border patrol.
2. Weed out the illegal criminals and deport them immediately.
3. Work with Farmers and building contractors , among other employers of the law abiding undocumented ones, and create a temporary work visa which can ultimately lead to naturalization.
4. Work with the Mexican government to prevent access to their borders.
