I'll start with a story of 4 guys.

Their names?

Books, Brainbuster, Galileo and Benzene.

Who were these guys?

They were friends I met in university.

Books was a student who loved Maths.

Brainbuster loved Chemistry.

Galileo loved Physics

Benzene, Psychology.

Together these four friends ran a business.

The business of organizing tutorials for students in their various subjects of expertise.

I attended some of their tutorials.

And yes these guys made money and fame.

Books, at the time drove a blue Golf 4.

If you attended FUTO within the last decade, you probably know them.

Their tutorial programs were popular because...

They took time to explain every concept, equation, or formula.

Their classes were fun and sometimes wild with jokes.

Students were free to express themselves.

Over time, the business model has grown and become popular.

Or a more recent sexy name:
- The creator economy.

The idea is to create and sell an information that is useful to the person buying it.

You simply package what you know

Or what someone else wants to know

Into a format they can easily consume (a book, a video, an audio) and sell it to them.

This is what monetising your knowledge means in its simplest form.

What then are five reasons you should start today?

1. Low startup capital.

You don't need:

- a big office,
- a lot of money,
- fancy equipment,
- Special degree or qualification.

You can even start with zero capital (I'll do a thread on how to do this).

2. High Profit margin.

The major product in this business is information.

Just like the one you are reading now

It has only cost me the time and effort to put this together.

If I sold this thread for $$$, you can guess almost all the income would be profit.

3. Evergreen products are possible.

You create them once and you sell them for life.

Whether they are

- Video and audio messages.

As long as people are willing to buy them.

4. It is location independent.

You can do it from anywhere in the world you have access to the Internet.

And you don't even need to have interaction with customers.

There are sales systems you can set up (called sales funnel) to automatically deliver products to customers.

This brings us back to the sales system.

You can do the work to set it up once and once you achieve a profitable funnel, it can make you millions.
