What You’ll Do:
- Manage our admin dashboard on daily basis, verifying users identity documents et.c.
- Logging and escalating customers complaints to management.
- Attending to customers complaints on whatsapp, email & Phone, escalation to higher authority.
- Social media usage and promoting our app on them social media including comment sections. Reposting our posts and boosting our followers base
- Must know how to use office software very well .
- Basic Knowledge of Photoshop for social media post minor editing.
- A good and eloquent communicator.
- Creation of invoices from templates and generating Pdf files.
- Must have traditional marketing skills promoting our product’s physical to people.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and implement audience engagement strategies to maximize growth.
