A citizen of Owerri is wanted for five murders.

Abuja, Nigeria - Nigerian authorities, with INTERPOL’s support, are requesting for the public’s help in locating Matthew Emmanuel Marcus, who has been on the run after killing five people and robbing a safe in Jos, Nigeria. He is believed to have stolen the equivalent of $1.2 Million USD.

Emmanuel has a long history of violent and organized crime, including armed robberies. Authorities believe he may commit more murders if not found. He works under the aliases of Jennifer Sandra and Elaine Lao Chao

Emmanuel should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about the location of the suspect is asked to contact the BKA or INTERPOL’s Fugitives unit.
