Unemployed?
It's better to have a man without a diploma working, than a man with diploma unemployed
I disagree. The latter will eventually make more than the other while the former will be constant.

It all depends on determination and I dont see that from the OP's agbaya.

a 31yrs old depending on a 24yrs old is very worrying
please dump his ass and move on.
My conclusion is based on the fact that he relies on you not just because he demands money for his upkeep or thereabout.

Save the money you are spending on him for your future because, when he does eventually get a job the probability of him cheating on u is somewhat high (again an assumption based on the fact that he probably likes you for the monetary things you provide) and if it does happen you Will probably curse the whole generation of men in this world and in turn find it hard for your heart to heal.
Best advice, bar none.

Dude's a loser let him go.

Osisi, if the thing was just recent, she would have mentioned that he tries to look for a job. i didnt see any of that in her post. Point is he roams aeround looking for scraps from a junior. Disgraceful

as for the lame "things may change tomorrow" rubbish, for how long should she wait for things to change? Til she's 40 and then when things do change he suddenly realizes that she's too old and then trades her in for someone else?

joichi, ignore those trying to make you stagnant. Move foward, that guy isnt helping you.

Why don't these gentlemen invest in helping Naija first, then buy a soccer team? huh

If £350,000,000 were to be put into a fund to help further develop, they could see that money come back 10-fold.

Early 20s isnt underage so the whole Hefner comparison is completely idiotic.

Also Gary Glitter was arrested for his crimes. Note the word "Arrested"

Lastly teen pregnancy is WAY better than being a country with pretty mcuh the highest AIDS rate

You people need to stop embarrassing yourselves with pitiful arguments

I no go lie I did with my husband
but I didn't move in.
there are those who even live with the man without a marriage proposal.
Those are the ones I'm talking about
It's not right.
Definitely agree with you on this. Lol I think the girls who do this, do it as a way to DETER their men from cheating around. after all the dude cant bring someone else if he has his girl living there. Little do they know, if a legally married man can still cheat with his legal wife and kids under his roof, nothing is stopping one who isnt legal yet

secondly there has been business ventures he wanted to go it but I didn't feel good about them and advised him and he went with my opinion and later thanked me for the advice.
See, examples of how you really do have a good husband and not an egomaniac. Alot of husband esp Naija men would be like "After all Im the husband, I will take on any decision I wnat and after the fact I will tell the wife about it" and when shit hits the fan and the money is gone, frustration is then taken out on the wife.

anyway good job with the thread osisi.

Emmy Time!

DeepZone:
You are a religious fanatic. Why won't you marry a girl because she is not a muslim? I don't think a sane girl will want to marry you as a 2nd or 3rd wife by the way. Stick to the wife you have now.
Lmao he's a afanatic for not wanting to marry someone who isnt a fellow Muslim but you're not for ignoring a naming cos of no show policy. Irony anyone?

and in the case of olabowale, one of his WIVES is actually Igbo(dont know how he was able to do that) and she converted.

same way a Christian man or woman should marry a fellow Christian, I dont see what's wrong in olabowale wanting a fellow muslim as a wife.

Lol this thread should be called Q&A with Osisi  grin dont tell me she's the only one on NL with a happy marriage hehe

why would a woman move into a house with a man cook ,clean and sleep with him without marriage?
While I definitely agree with you osisi, are you saying during courtship with either your ex fiance and current husband, you never did any of this?
would you tell a girl not to cook for her bf or whatever he is or help him with his place, yada yada?
