FamilyRe: I'm Thinking Of Walking Out Of My Marriage by KarmaMod(f): 6:24am On Feb 18, 2009
david you are encouraging divorce? as a christian? me i won't encourage divorce. you see why i turned down your proposal? Grin
Smart Girl. Dont mind him. If this was by a wife, he would have quoted the Bible.

OP, have you tried marriage counseling first before throwing in the towel? Have you give her reasons to be paranoid? You could be rigjht, she could be crazy but since you have  akid, try marriage counseling first. See what's going on between the both of you. see what caused the sudden change towards your extended family. If nothing is gained then go right ahead and walk

Um why am I being discussed in this thread?

Romeo, when did you become like this sef? I dont expect much from that asinwere omo ale Dede but what exactly is your problem all of a sudden?  huh

Did I say the Igbo men were ugly? Quote me. I believe I mentioned to Funmi that she posts alot of cute Igbo dudes but for Yorubas, she picks yeye of the crop. Since when is that bashing anyone? If anything I was bashing her for posting people like Obasanjo/Yemi Blaq when there are guys like Femi Bernard so what exactly is the problem? Also why would I care that you two think Im unattractive?  huh Tani yin?

Am I the only one who replied in this thread so why are you two buzzing around my responses? Na by force?

All these agbayas trolling around looking for girls to argue with. So pathetic.
Foreign AffairsRe: Us Muslim Tv Boss 'beheaded Wife' by KarmaMod(f): 4:50am On Feb 18, 2009
Didnt olabowole say it's very easy for Muslim women to leave a marriage?
Foreign AffairsRe: Us Muslim Tv Boss 'beheaded Wife' by KarmaMod(f): 4:39am On Feb 18, 2009
Both Mr Hassan and his wife worked at Bridges TV, a station aimed at countering stereotypes of Muslims.
Sweet Irony.

My respect for RichyBlack died along time ago

He has no respect for women whatsoever. So gross.
CultureRe: Old Farrakhan Interview On Nigeria by KarmaMod(f): 3:08am On Feb 18, 2009
I wonder if he would have said the same if the interviewer was a black man/woman.
CelebritiesRe: Omotola Jolade: I Cheated On My Husband With Other Men! by KarmaMod(f): 8:56pm On Feb 17, 2009
Very embarrassing thread, Funmi.

Would expect this from the teenagers of the board.

She dated other men and he knew about it before he decided to make it serious and marry her. Where's the "cheating" aspect?

If anything she was smart and something most females should even follow sef, then maybe we wont have so many threads of "been together for 9 years, Im now 38 and he dumped me to marry someone else"

sheesh
Music/RadioRe: 5 Grammy Awards?! I'm Sorry but Lil Wayne Irritates Me. by KarmaMod(f): 6:24pm On Feb 17, 2009
He's sincerely fresh air to hip/hop. He's fine with not being "overly hard" with his music and I love that. Other than him and some Jay Z tracks, when it comes to hiphop I rather just listen to the older stuff from the 90s like Tribe Called Quest, etc

All the new crap is well, Crap.
Music/RadioRe: 5 Grammy Awards?! I'm Sorry but Lil Wayne Irritates Me. by KarmaMod(f): 5:38pm On Feb 17, 2009
So the Grammy awarding body must have crappy standards too?
Of course.
Music/RadioRe: 5 Grammy Awards?! I'm Sorry but Lil Wayne Irritates Me. by KarmaMod(f): 5:36pm On Feb 17, 2009
That crackhead didnt deserve any of them, then again the Grammys have decreased in standards over the years.

It was a Kanye year, not Lil Wayne or any of those retards
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 4:30pm On Feb 17, 2009
Igbos are people who call themselves Igbos.
I believe I asked who are "Ibos" and not "who are Igbos". Last i checked, there was a difference
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 12:45am On Feb 17, 2009
Lmao.

Have fun cheesy
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 12:23am On Feb 17, 2009
Who are Ibos? huh
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 12:12am On Feb 17, 2009
There is a difference between disagreeing with me, and telling me that what I said is not true, but then not offering me proof to back up such a claim.
Where is the proof of there being ARE more Igbos in NY? Where is it? Sorry if I know I have more authority to say such seeing that Ive lived here for almost 2 decades. Igbos themselves say there are more of them in the South. Huge population in Canada too.

Meaningless hairsplitting. It's not an 'attack' on all Nigerians, just on all the ones after 1977. *rolls eyes*
You mind am? Cant believe this is even an argument.
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 12:02am On Feb 17, 2009
The black man suspects everything even if it's a wasp flying over his/her food and that's why we are underdeveloped
They have every reason to

Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 11:04pm On Feb 16, 2009
Kobojunkie, this is what you said, quoted word for word

But could this not simply be because there seem to be more Ibos than Yorubas and hausa's in New York?
and I disagreed with you cos I LIVE HERE and you dont. Now stop bothering me.

So, Nigerians born before then can, and actually do.
What is your point? Those born after 1977 nko?
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 7:13pm On Feb 16, 2009
Omoge you are not serious

So they can use Nigerians for Tuskegee Experiment Part 2 abi?

I hope they're not trying to render our men strerile in order to decrease our population by force grin
God won't agree
Either that or turn them crazy. The US has a history of completely screwing their own people in the military not to talk of foreigners.

Berra send a memo to that one who was looking for a way to leave Naija by container. grin

Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 6:24pm On Feb 16, 2009
Kobojunkie:
hhmmm,  should we now neglect the rules that make you ineligible in this case and claim it is simply because they are Nigerians? Can you at least provide proof for this claim.
I assume you can research things on your own especially since my comment is something that shouldnt be news to anyone

QUESTION: Can you donate if you have been out of the country?
Wait 12 months after travel in an area where malaria is found. Wait 3 years after moving to the United States after living in a country where malaria is found. Persons who have spent long periods of time in countries where “mad cow disease” is found are not eligible to donate. This requirement is related to concerns about variant Creutzfeld Jacob Disease (vCJD). Persons who were born in or who lived in certain countries in Western Africa, or who have had close contact with persons who were born in or who lived in certain West African countries are not eligible to donate, a requirement related to concerns about HIV.
Were born in or lived in any of the following countries since 1977: Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Niger or Nigeria
Is that ok with you?
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 6:16pm On Feb 16, 2009
Ibos live everywhere in the US. NY is one of the cities where Ibos reside.
Um did I say otherwise? I quoted you cos you stated that there are more Igbos* in NY than Yorubas which is not true.
Foreign AffairsRe: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by KarmaMod(f): 6:07pm On Feb 16, 2009
But could this not simply be because there seem to be more Ibos than Yorubas and hausa's in New York? I am not exactly sure of the numbers but in NY, you have ibos most every where you go there
Um Not true. Majority live in places like Texas, Maryland, etc

The same US that doesnt accept Nigerian blood for donation and such?

Anyway osisi I suggest you tell your brothers to be careful, cant trust this country. might wanna use them as experiments for warfare biochemicals

Osisi, if you read this thread carefully, you'll see where I told Chinyere that the whole osu situation was alot like the caste system of India. He claims he doesnt see the comparison, perhaps you now do?

Karma,

Abeg reinstate your previous profile pic with green top na
I sincerely dont know what pic you're referring to. Green top? huh

Um I hardly doubt the eunch thing is still in affect neither is the burying someone with a king. You can ask the Egyptians though since they are the ones who started it all

Everything isnt about bashing tribe abeg.

This is the modern world and there are some customs which everyone wonders about, everywhere.
Abi o. Some people can be so paranoid. prrtgrrl isnt's even Nigerian yet her asking a question is a problem for certain market women claiming (m) status.

That's what you think?
Do you think my something fell off or closed up after I bore kids
Depends. who will watch the kids. This isnt Naija where family members can help out tongue

in practice these are all "abobakus".
Not really. The guards of the queen/secret service men are at least capable of sleeping with women/wives. These abobakas are castrated.

here you are on a topic which has been repeated 6 times or more running your buccal cavity as usual.
You're not a tribalist and yet you always find a way to to "stick it" and ring bells for those "sticking It" to Igbos.
And how many times have YOU been in the MANY threads about Tribal marks PRETENDING to want to know the history just for you to take jabs at the people? Should I quote them for you? You should know by now that when it comes to matters like this, Im not easily fooled. I dont fight with you anywhere else but "Culture", we both know the reason why. So please go back to "preaching" and quit whining about us "blood suckers" abi you think Ive forgotten about that one? huh

Also perhaps you should ask debo the meaning of alaifishe instead of making noise.

tongue  kiss

I am not bothered, the same Osisi will go around claiming to pray for people anyway. Wasnt it last week she was claiming something will eat at my eyes, 20 mins later, it was back to the religion forum "preaching" the gospel

You know how they do.

Tpia, I heard about such in some parts of Asia too. Never knew they had them in Yorubaland sha. Lol talk about a way to prevent a scandal in the palace.
